What types of scarves do you sell?

We offer lightweight modal hijabs, soft jersey hijabs, bamboo jersey khimars and selected accessories such as scarf magnets and fashion tape.

How long does delivery take in Denmark?

Orders are normally delivered within 2–4 working days after the order confirmation. Delivery can take longer during especially busy periods.

Which delivery company do you use?

Orders in Denmark are delivered with DAO. The available delivery options and current prices are shown during checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over 499 DKK.

Can I return my order?

BeiCollection offers a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and still have their tags attached. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please read our full refund policy before returning an order.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at contact@beicollection.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval are not accepted.

How should I care for a modal hijab?

We recommend gentle hand washing in lukewarm water with mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cold cycle and place the scarf in a laundry bag. Avoid bleach, high heat and tumble drying.

Should I use pins with modal fabric?

Modal is delicate and can be damaged by sharp pins. Scarf magnets or fabric-friendly fashion tape are safer alternatives.
